Lensing (formerly Everest Systems)

Verdict · Editorial assessment
Everest Systems is now branded Lensing, according to its official rebrand announcement. This profile covers the same product lineage, not two competing tools. Evaluate it when complex subscription or usage revenue should connect directly to core accounting and operational costs. Separate delivered ERP functions from generated custom applications, and test the sandbox-to-production approval path before using extensibility as the main buying argument.
What the vendor describes
- Lensing advertises native subscription, usage and contract-modification revenue models, multi-entity/multibook reporting, intercompany eliminations and a live sandbox for changes. Source ↗
- The official rebrand article says Everest was the project name and identifies Lensing as the business’s current name; it describes AiSpecify as a tool for generating ERP applications. Source ↗
Pricing and commercial scope
The checked overview and rebrand pages offer demo routes but do not establish a public numeric licence price. Request ERP-module, entity, integration, implementation, AI-usage and generated-application support terms. Older funding and beta announcements are historical vendor material, not evidence of current pricing or current release availability.
Pricing status: Quote required. Request implementation scope and delivery timing in a separate quote.
Limitations of this assessment
- Explicit rebrand caveat: use Lensing for current vendor discussions; retain everest-systems only as the requested directory identifier.
- Claims of production-ready generated applications and replacing many tools were not tested. Require documented approvals, rollback, segregation of duties and maintenance ownership for any generated extension.
European requirements to verify
- To verify: Lensing advertises international tax, localisation and IFRS 15-related revenue functionality. These broad claims do not establish local VAT, statutory reporting or e-invoicing compliance for your countries; validate each requirement on the proposed release and configuration.Source ↗
- To verify: Contractual hosting locations, subprocessors, international transfers and retention need a DPA review; the checked product pages do not establish suitability for a particular European entity.
Integration boundaries
- To verify: The overview links integrations and developer documentation, but the specific current connector inventory was not checked. Demonstrate your CRM-to-order-to-invoice-to-ledger flow, bank settlement mapping and exception recovery; do not infer current coverage from a historical launch announcement.Source ↗
